MASTER CHEF

Nicholas Georgalas, owner and head chef, oversees the whole operation of the restaurant himself. From inspecting the food that was delivered that morning, to the preparation of the soups, sauces, and spreads, and finally to the cooking and plating of the food that the customers crave, he is involved with it all.
